<p>Maybe you are the type to leave your phone off or somewhere you can&#8217;t hear it. Leave yourself a post it note on the fridge, on the computer screen, on the bedroom door, somewhere you&#8217;ll see it and remember your <a href="http://www.dewittmedlab.com">quality vitamins</a>.</p>

For as long as I can remember, the two of them always had a collection of a variety of supplements that they would take daily. They also made sure my brother and I got our share of kids vitamins until we got older. Then they had us switch over to adult vitamins but I always had a hard time keeping up on a daily schedule. I was too busy running off to school or out with friends. But one supplement my parents were both pretty adamant about was <a href="http://www.dewittmedlab.com">Omega 3 fish oil</a>.</p>
<p>I remember asking them why they thought that one in particular was so important.  They told me it was because many other vitamins were easy to get through proper meals and nutrition, but Omega 3 fish oil was good for the heart and wasn&#8217;t something you found in many foods. And since I certainly didn&#8217;t eat fish on a regular basis, because I hated it, they were right. This was the only way I was going to really get it in my system to build a strong, healthy heart.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m glad I listened because I know that from a young age, I was taking steps to really better my body and prolong my life.</p>
